By accessing or using Prismyze ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

Prismyze grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service for illegal activities or to distribute illegal content.
• Post or publish content that is defamatory, harassing, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create with Prismyze. By publishing a site you grant Prismyze a limited licence to host and serve that content on your behalf. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and must ensure you have the rights to publish it.

3. Free Plan

The free plan is provided as-is with no SLA or uptime guarantee. We reserve the right to impose fair-use limits or to modify the free plan at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation. On termination, your content is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Prismyze name, logo, and all original code are owned by Prismyze and protected by copyright. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prismyze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
