Prismyze ("we", "us", or "our") operates prismyze.site. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Account data - your name and email address when you create an account.
• Site content - the pages and blocks you build inside Prismyze.
• Analytics - when someone visits your deployed site we record a page view including an anonymised IP hash, country, device type, and browser. We do not use cookies for analytics and we do not build personal profiles of visitors.
• Log data - server logs that include IP addresses and timestamps, retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.

How We Use Your Information

• To operate, maintain, and improve Prismyze.
• To send you important service notices (account security, policy updates).
• To provide you with traffic analytics for your own sites.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising.

Data Storage

All data is stored on servers located in the European Union. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS) and hashed passwords (Argon2id).

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking cookies are used. Our site analytics do not use cookies of any kind.

Third-Party Services

If you add a Google Analytics tag to your site, your visitors' data will be sent to Google under their own privacy policy. Prismyze itself does not share visitor data with third parties.

Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Deleted sites are held for 30 days (accessible from Trash) before permanent removal. On account deletion, all your sites, versions, and personal data are erased within 30 days.

Your Rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. To exercise these rights please contact us at our contact page.

Children

Prismyze is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a banner in the app.
